Safety

We are grateful for the opportunity to work with your camper! While we aim to build leadership skills and provide your camper with an amazing experience, we always make safety our top priority at Stone Canyon.

HEALTH CARE & WELLNESS
Our infirmary is staffed 24/7 by a licensed nurse.  The environment is welcoming for kids that may feel a little under the weather.  Our nurse is always on-site to handle the distribution of medications and any emergencies that may arise.  The infirmary is fully stocked with basic over-the-counter meds and they are available to all campers, with parent and nurse approval.

EMERGENCY SERVICES
A major benefit of our location is its easy accessibility. Larkspur FD & EMS is only 5 minutes away and the nearest hospital is 20 minutes away in Castle Rock. We have vehicles ready in the event we need to transfer a camper for sudden illness or injury.

PARENT CONTACT
We can be reached by phone or email while camp is in session.  Generally no news is good news, but should an emergency situation present itself, we will contact the parents and families to inform you of what has taken place and the steps taken to respond.
