Retreat Dining

Sharing meals with friends and colleagues is an important part of any retreat. Our culinary team’s goal is to ensure that our guests enjoy beautifully presented meals that are healthy and delicious. Meals are served buffet-style in our comfortable dining room, located at Base Camp.

Dietary & Special Needs

We realize that on occasion, guests may require some special consideration with respect to the dietary need. With advanced notice, our chefs can accommodate most dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free. We ask that special food requests are provided to our Retreat Manager at least two weeks in advance.

**Stone Canyon is a nut-aware facility. While we do not use any nuts in our recipes, some ingredients we use may have been processed in facilities that do package nuts and/or nut products.
