Below are important dates for payment and cancellation.

Deposit Rates

 
 

Payment Schedule

A deposit is due upon registration. There will be two payment options to select from:

  1. Paying the remainder of the tuition in full on March 15

  2. Splitting the tuition between three payments, paid on the dates below.

For both options the payments will be automatically deducted.

 
 

Cancellation Fees

If you must cancel your registration due to COVID, we will require a physician’s written verification. For any cancellations due to COVID, on the participant or Stone Canyon’s end, you will be given a refund of your tuition minus $150 for registration fees. Our cancellation fee exists to cover registration, material, and staffing costs.

Cancellation requests due to illness or accident before the session start date will require a physician’s written verification. Upon receipt of verification, tuition minus half of the block’s cancellation fee will be refunded.

 
 

Financial Assistance

Stone Canyon is excited to offer tuition assistance to families in need to make our programs accessible to the entire community. We offer a limited number of funds based on the financial needs of our families and the funding we have available. Please complete this form (https://forms.gle/zVZbxAWiRsHrcBrV7) to be considered.
